Let us try this out on one web page before moving on.
Write down the % for the current sky homepage.
It is important to consider the resolution of the browser.
Measure each box as a rectangle ( or made up from rectangles) and add up all the areas. Use a graphics program to help you do this. Put this data into an excel spreadsheet and sum up the areas for each category.
In Excel produce a spreadsheet similar to that below and add the correct data. Produce a Pie chart of the result.
