NSOS Website Change Management

 

You will need to set dates for when you would like to see the work completed. You have done the designs - someone else will be implementing it. You will need to see how they are getting on with your website and how they have changed your ideas. Any changes made will need approval via a change management system. These changes will need to be documented with the full reasons for the change, and will need to be signed off by the designer, your tutor, your year tutor and a board of independent other users (your class). This will normally happen in a meeting when all the changes are discussed by the group. Changes cannot be made at other times. Any other changes will not be approved.

One of these requests needs to be made for each change made. A copy of this will need to be lodged with the designer for their assignment, with yours for your assignment and a final copy with the unit tutor for their records to show that you have only made approved changes.
