The call to this number is charged at £1.00 per minute. You are only charged for the time taken to solve your problem.
You simple dial the number above and get to speak to an experienced IT professional. If this person cannot help then he will simple pass you to a seconf line support team who can other solve more interesting and perhaps technically difficult problems, or take some more info and get a solution for you. If we cannot help we will simply say so. This service is available from 9am until 5.30pm Weekdays UK Time. Other times by arrangement.
Support Contracts
Take out a support Contract with us and have your telephone support costs halved.

Remote Desktop Support £1.00 per Minute
When we can't help you over the phone, then sometimes it is possible to remotely take over your computer via the internet and fix your problem directly. When we do this you can watch us doing the job, and talk to us. We will explain what we are doing and why.
Every 5 minutes or so you will need to use your computer to continue to allow us to fix your problem, in this way you are continually supervising your computer and can be reassured in what we are doing.
As with the telephone support, you are only charged for the amount of time taken to solve your problem.
Upgrade Advice
Your experts can give you impartial advice on the state of your machine and upgrade routes that are available to you. We have over 40 years experience of creating computer specifications and building computer systems.
