Code of conduct
The verbal assurance from an employee3 ( and therefore the user of the system) is usually not enough assurance for most companies. They normally require a written/ signed agreement that can be ued in a dsciplinary process if needed.
The employees are expected to agree to and abide by a set of policies dictated by teh company.
Look at the BCS Code of Conduct. This is often taken as a standard for many companies.
Find some other codes to compare with. Look at companies and the college.
