Let take a look at our new company:
Eco International Ltd - wants to sell Eco friendly goods on the internet. This is a change of direction for the company.
Goods will include wind up torches, washing balls, and maybe bigger items like Eco driving courses for large companies and Wind turbines and solar heating for business and maybe homes etc
Do and SWOT and PEST analysis to give an idea on the likelyhood of the following events:
- competitive pressures;
- closures;
- mergers;
- take-overs;
- relocations;
- refocusing of business
