As a consultant advising a local entrepreneur create a set of presentation slides and notes to describe how the internet operates. Give eight examples of how it is used by at least two contrasting organisations.

A structured set of slides, with notes, should describe the early internet at first, then the 1992 beginnings of the world wide web: the rapid growth of web pages throughout the 1990’s until today and the final growth of online businesses and web based E-commerce.
Explain how the internet works.
